In principle, FloTHERM XT can simulate the processes of aero-hydrodynamics and heat transfer of models of any physical objects, but its main purpose and specialization is the simulation of these processes for assemblies of electronic components FloTHERM XT
uses a powerful EFD mesher and solver to simulate heat transfer in assemblies of any complexity FloTHERM XT contains built-in CircuitWorks module to import models in IDF, PADS and ProStep formats
FloTHERM XT includes a new FloEDA Bridge module with a direct interface to Expedition Enterprise

• Minimum disk space requirements: 9 GB, which includes space necessary during installation and when modifying an existing installation. Note that 4 GB is always required on the default drive (C:\ or equivalent) whether installing to the default drive or a non-default drive
