Installing default plugins
• The path in the plugin installer is set by default and does not need to be changed.
• The program must be installed by default C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop 2020\2021\2022\2023\(Beta) • Common plugins for Adobe Photoshop versions 2020\2021\2022\2023
in the Common
folder • Plugins marked Ps + LrC installed at the same time for Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom Classic

Moving plugins to another drive
If the system is installed on the C:\ drive and photoshop is on another, you can try to do this:
Install the plugin by default without changing the path, then manually move it to another drive.
(only after successful integration install and move the next plugin)
Choose a permanent location on another drive for the relocated plugins, preferably all in one folder, example:
C:\Program Files and ProgramData\(folders with plugin files) > D:\Adobe\Photoshop\Plugins\(folders with plugin files)
Moving plugin folders, example:
C:\Program Files\DxO > D:\Adobe\Photoshop\Plugins\DxO
C:\ProgramData\DxO > D:\Adobe\Photoshop\Plugins\DxO
After moving plugin folders from C:\Program Files and ProgramData to drive D:\ you need to create their shortcut in the same place and with the same name on the system drive C:\ (
moving folders with plugin files is not necessary, this is only necessary to free up space on drive C: \ )
Moving plugins and folders with UXP and CEP extensions, example:
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\Plug-ins\CC\DxO > D:\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop 2023\Plug-ins\DxO
C:\Program Files \Common Files\Adobe\UXP\extensions\(UXP folder) > D:\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop 2023\Required\UXP\(UXP folder) C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\CEP\

After moving plugins and folders with extensions, you do not need to create their shortcuts on the system drive C:\

C:\Program Files\Adobe Photoshop 2023\Plug-ins > D :\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop 2023\Plug-ins C
:\Program Files\Adobe Photoshop 2023\Presets\Scripts > D:\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop 2023\Presets\Scripts
C:\ drive is not required
Folders, photoshop files and plugins located on the path:
C:\Users\(username)
C:\Users\(username)\AppData\Local
C:\Users\(username)\AppData\Roaming
(do not move and leave in place)
Make a backup copy of the folder with all plugins and shortcuts (for quick installation next time) if needed .

Topaz Labs AI plugins
Activation
• Internet access must be closed to activate Topaz Sharpen AI .
1. After installation (before launch), temporarily delete api_app_state.json and cre.dat along the path: C:\ProgramData\Topaz Labs LLC\Topaz Sharpen AI
2. Run Sharpen AI press login > login (fields can be left blank) after close plugin window.
3. After creating a new cre.dat file, copy the api_app_state.json file to the C:\ProgramData\Topaz Labs LLC\Topaz Sharpen AI\ folder.
After restarting, the plugin should be activated.
