Flow Simulator is an integrated software for designing fluid and gas flows, heat transfer and combustion, which allows you to combine simulations with reproducibility to optimize the design of machines and systems.


This fluid system design tool provides interdisciplinary modeling and optimization within a single machine design platform for fluid dynamics / thermal / combustion in 3D design environments. This tool allows users to import actual equipment and use the 3D CAD point cloud to automatically create a computational model superimposed on the hardware. There is an expanded library of preconfigured elements / components that allows you to simulate or model a wide range of physical phenomena, including compressible / incompressible fluid flow, buoyancy flow, rotating cavity system flow, heat conduction / convection / radiation heat transfer, balance-equilibrium of combustion and transport of species. Eight combinations of analysis modes are available (stationary state, quasi-stationary state and transient analysis for fluid dynamics, heat and burns) to predict the operating conditions of the system / subsystems during a cycle / flight simulation (flight mission, power increase, closure ... etc). The components of the control system (proportional integral converter (PID) controllers, direct and direct control functions) can be integrated with the system / subsystem of the computational model to optimize the operation of the simulated machine during cycle / mission analysis.
