Update for Volvo Premium Tech Tool

Volvo Premium Tech Tool, which is designed to diagnose specialized construction equipment, trucks, and buses manufactured by Volvo. The software works in conjunction with the Vocom 88890300 adapter or with the Volvo 88890020 scanner.

Installation instructions
you should already have TechTool installed
1) Run PATCH 30 NORMAL.cmd (not usual in admin)
2) Run developement.cmd (not in the admin)
3) Run devpatches.cmd (not in the admin area)
4) Reboot the PC
5) Open Client Update and update everything to 2.7.116
