Progressive Foundry SDX was recorded at the famous studio Sing Sing Recording Studios in Melbourne, Australia, as an engineer / producer Forrester Savelli. He chose a recording studio Sing Sing for the project.

For more than 35 years of work the studio has collected a huge selection of high-end microphones and rare outboard devices. In combination with dense wooden walls in his room A perfectly balanced, Sing Sing again and again proves to be the ideal environment for a broad, transparent recording drums. Drums that have been selected by Steve Judd of Karnivool, were collected in all four corners of Australia and represents a huge collection of the best in the rare, vintage and modern styles.
