Installation
Copy the library file to any place convenient for you on the computer or leave it in the distribution (the path to the folder or the name of the folder itself should not contain Cyrillic). Copy the file Concerto Library Placer.exe (you can download it here in the folder with the library and run as administrator.) You can load the library into the tool.
