The album, produced artistically by Hernán Malagoli, was recorded and mixed in Estudio PRISMA by Emilio Nicoli and the mastering was in charge of Guido Bernasconi. «A flor de piel» is a work that honors its title in which Sandra García explores and exploits her qualities as a composer, pianist and singer, achieving a solid album whose songs take us through different soundscapes and poetry.

Thus, different genres coexist in the work, such as: blues, folklore, jazz, reggae, pop (among others) but without losing that musical identity that is consolidated as listening progresses. Outstanding are the arrangements of winds and strings, the pianos and the excellent vocal ability of the artist, who displays her talent at the time of singing each of the songs on the album, whether it is with a powerful and hardened voice or with a soft and sweet voice , as the song requires.

The themes that stand out and that constitute the cuts of dissemination of the plaque are: "A flor de piel", "Valijas" and the excellent version of "Plegaria para un niño asleep", by the great Luis Alberto Spinetta.
