Patterned Watercolor Christmas Trees is a fun and festive class geared towards beginner watercolorists. We will paint a forest of five abstract trees, altering the shape and color to personalize our project. Then, we’ll add unique patterns on each tree to form a cohesive grouping.
Each image starts with a template which is available for you to download. Also included in class is a Sketchbook Page with some ideas for adding original elements to your painting: shapes, tree toppers, and patterns. We’ll create a color swatch to use as our palette and then patterns with a gel pen or acrylic paint.
