Each week you’ll be given an audio lesson and transcript detailing a key part of The Urban Monk process. Plus you’ll sometimes be given a little homework because, in the end, it is you working on your life. That’s where the difference is made. I’m here to empower you to make the right changes and come to your power.
Once you understand the process, you’re empowered to keep making positive changes in your life and you keep going. That’s why I offer ongoing support.
And then you’ll be invited to start a “gong.”

What’s a gong?
It’s a period of time dedicated to a specific task each day. You get gong examples for each facet of The Urban Monk process. Many of them are healthy swaps for something you’re already doing that isn’t serving you.
By completing each daily item, you’ll find more personal power, clarity, and drive. There’s nothing like making progress and seeing the positive effects in your life! My students have been doing Gongs for years and this program has been helpful in supporting them all along.
