Emily-Clare is an experienced international yoga Instructor, currently based in London. She believes in balance and experience, two of her favourite words. She likes to travel, meet and experience new communities and cultures. Once feuding yoga off the back of dance study, her passion for yoga grew and grew; trying many styles of practice. For her variety and intelligent creativity was what sparked her practice and vision. Her vinyasa practice allows her the freedom to find the flow and breath of Astanga, the structure of Iyengar, and the body mechanics of Anusara.

Emma Henry was introduced to yoga in the mid-90s and has been teaching since 1998. Her background in dance and martial arts is evident in her dynamic, innovative and playful choreography and understanding of anatomy and the subtle body.

Celest Pereira’s passion to get people moving is her motivator. With a background dance, martial arts and physiotherapy and an in-depth knowledge of the human body, she approaches each class as an opportunity for her students to learn new poses with simple tricks and to have fun doing it.
