Drumsound & Bassline Smith, one of the most successful artists in the UK drum and bass, spent a lot of time out of his busy schedule to manually create, encode, and to develop the first in a series of exciting tools for Kontakt. By combining all the knowledge and studio skills and experience in the production of dance music that they have accumulated over the past 20 years, this new solution is the next logical step for these prolific producers after creating presets for Sugar Bytes, Waves and Loopmasters, to name but a few .
Parallax - synthesis beast of 3 oscillators, which allows the user to easily create unlimited ready bass sounds using either the provided samples or by importing their own WAV-files, renaming the stored samples. Once the samples are selected, they are reproduced in parallel with each main generator having its own XY-pad (new feature in Kontakt v5.7). The main generators have 24 and 9 filter LFO settings for using and creating movement in order to form a sound that is fully automated in your DAW.
Besides the fact that most of the things you expect to get with the help of high-end synthesizer from Parallax has its surprises. Cleverly using a multimode filter of Kontakt, you can have almost any type of filter. Along with XYZ pad you have a really powerful and exciting filter, but using QUICK ENVELOPE he rises to the NEXT level. This editable curve allows the user to record the movement of 1 second with XYZ bar, and then use the button «ENV EDIT», you can draw your own shapes filter for XY and Z axis, and then play them back using the button «PLAY», the mad and exciting filtered morphing.
